I have followed THM since June of 2018 and I have had great success on my journey, but it isn't over yet! One thing that I love about being a thm coach is that I am still tweaking things for myself alongside my club members. The key to making THM work for me, was to learn how to do it my way and I am still learning everyday!
One thing that I have learned while following THM is that you have to value the health that you achieve over the weight that you may or may not be losing.
Yes, you can release weight with this way of eating, but more importantly, you will gain health. As your thm coach, I will walk alongside you as you navigate that transition.
